Craven Energy Triathlon Club Membership Application

Please read these notes before you submit your application. After you click "Send it!" at the bottom of the page, you will go to a verification page where you should check your details. Once you are happy that your information is correct, you can submit your application and move to the payment page. Sorry if this is a bit longwinded but it's necessary to ensure that your data is correct!

There is no extra charge for applying online for membership. Nochex and PayPal do not require information other than that which relates to your credit or debit card - no pesky registration requirements!

Alternatively, you can complete this form (or download a pdf form click here for pdf form) and then print it to post with a cheque for the appropriate entry fee payable to "Craven Multisport" to Ian Taylor, 7 Crosshills Road, Cononley BD20 8JZ. If the membership fee causes you a financial problem (full members only), please contact the club as a hardship fund may be available to assist.
