Forest of Dean Triathlon Series Online Entry
Sundays 11th May (Lydney - closed), 29th June (Eastnor) and 12th October (Forest Duathlon) 2008 (times vary)
Please read these notes before you submit your entry - it may save me answering your queries with sarcastic remarks! PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOU HAVE SELECTED THE CORRECT RACE!!
After you click "Send it!" at the bottom of the page, you will go to a verification page where you should check your details. Once you are happy that your information is correct, you can submit your entry and move to the payment page. Sorry if this is a bit longwinded but it's necessary to ensure that your data is correct!
Relay teams
- team leader should complete this form with his her details and should include details of other team members in "other info" at the bottom of the form. Disclaimer is deemed to be accepted by all entrants.
There is no handling charge for online entries in this event.
Nochex and PayPal do not require information other than that which relates to your credit or debit card - no pesky registration requirements!
You can obtain your race information from
Black Sheep Sports (formerly Tri Coaching UK)
and all entrants will collect their race numbers on the day for safety reasons.
Alternatively, you can complete this form and then print it to post with a cheque for the appropriate entry fee payable to "Tri Coaching UK" to

. If you want race information to be posted to you you should enclose a large SAE. All race information will be available on the
Black Sheep Sports
web site. You will still collect your number on the day. If you do not enclose an SAE then it will be assumed that you will obtain your race information from the event web site.
