| The 6th Kendal Duathlon hosted by Westmorland Triathletes was held on Sunday 4th November. 88 of the 120 athletes that had entered took part in this event and 86 finished. The weather was not kind to them as it was a wet and windy day. The event was a 2.5 mile run 12 mile cycle and 2.5 mile run. For some of the athletes taking part it was their first time in a multi-discipline event. In the ladies race, defending champion Hilde Krynen showed her class and again took the honours for 1st place.
