Totally based at Helwith Bridge Inn, nr. Settle. Distances are 4 mile run - 23 mile bike - 4 mile run approx.

Described as "A scenic off road race through woodland and forest which forms part of the Ampleforth Estate. Distance is approximately 7 miles". Proceeds to local village hall restoration fund.

Challenging trail event. Walkers start 6.00am, runners 7.00am, relay 8.00am
Can be completed as an individual or relay team event (2-8 team members)
