We had 4 inches of snow fall on the Downs during the hour before the start, and the course became totally unsafe. We therefore cancelled for health and safety reasons. We would like to offer the following options to our runners: 1) Your entry can be be transferred to our Arundel Castle 10K run on 31st August 2008 - see address details below. 2) You can request a refund of your entry fee by sending a SAE to the address below. 3) If you have already entered the Castle run and would like a refund for the cancelled run then please use option 2. 4) You may wish to let your fee remain as a donation to the Arundel Scout Group - in which case you need do nothing.
