| Saturday 6 January from 12 noon | Cumbria Cross Country League, Cockermouth School, Cumbria A series of Cross Country races intended mainly as an introduction to Cross Country for children and adults. The Carlisle race will have a modified format with pack system in senior races, but races will be off scratch. First race 12 noon (12.30 on Oct 28), senior race at approx 1.15pm (times/distances may be different at Penrith). Min age U11 9 on the day, other ages at 31/8/06.
